Another great day at our Blazing Celtics Summer Camp! Today campers made moon sand, played water games, made and painted with puff paint and lots more! ☘️#icscelticpride🍀⛪️

Campers began their day today with morning prayers, the Pledge of Allegiance and Zumba! We enjoyed water balloon play, soccer & aluminum foil free paint ( just to name a few). ☘️#icscelticpride🍀⛪️

Day 2 of our Blazing Celtics Summer Camp did not disappoint! ☘️ Campers ages 5+ jumped their energy away at Mega Jump for their field trip ( you’re welcome parents 😜) and our Jr. Campers had a day packed with outdoor activities, crafts & more! What started as a math group project, to plan a charity event, developed into a huge success. The winning team was able to transfer their ideas from paper to reality. Alongside their classmates they organized a bake sale to fund the event.The class of 2020 raised enough funds to sponsor a dinner for the homeless. Working together with The Hands & Feet Ministry and local restaurant Paladar Barbecue (on 4th and Okeechobee) The students were able to serve dinner to the residents of The Camillus House. It was an amazing experience to give back to the community. Last School Mass of the 2018/2019 School Year! ☘️

Our hearts break as we see the majestic cathedral of Notre-Dame in Paris engulfed in flames. Since Notre-Dame’s bells are silent as firefighters try to save her majestic bell towers, the Archbishop of Paris has called on his priests to ring the bells of their churches to call people to prayer. Our fair bell tolls here in Hialeah in solidarity with the people of Paris and France. Notre-Dame de Paris, priez pour nous.

Day 5 of our Catholic Schools Week celebration was dedicated to our amazing abuelos and abuelas! 👵🏻🧓🏼 Celtic grandparents enjoyed a special Mass followed by breakfast and some special time with their grandchildren. Thank you for all you do for our Celtics! ☘️
